Water bills are mailed out bi-monthly. If you receive a second consecutive bill that has "estimate" stamped on it, this means that we can no longer get a reading from your meter because the battery on the meter is weak or is no longer working and will need to be replaced. Please contact Maria in the Water Department at 749-4400 X501 to schedule an appointment to have it replaced. Also, be aware that a running toilet, dripping water from your sink or a broken pipe are some issues that can lead to a very high water bill. Tampering with a water meter can and will result in a fine and possible arrest.
